When Jeff is not showing property he is either kiting at North Beach, spearfishing in front of our house, or mountain biking on one of many trails located in Buena Vista and Los Barriles.  Kimberly can be seen at the local gym or taking yoga classes.  Kayaking, hiking and Quad trips are some of her favorite pastimes.  They love the lifestyle the Eastcape affords.  They invest time with their clients to provide them all the information about the area prior to recomending property as this low key lifestyle is not for everyone.

Los Barriles is one of the top 5 Wind Surfing and Kite Boarding destinations in the world.  The season begins in late November and lasts through the early March.

The consistant winds that blow parallel to the coast together with the endless sandy beaches make the Bahia de Las Palmas a colorful site with sails and kites.  Vella Wind Surf offers wind surfing camps for vacationers who fly in from all over the world.

Los Barriles is the Bill Fishing capital of the world in the summer for Marlin, Sailfish, Dorado, Wahoo, & Tuna. The local hotels offer fishing packages that include charters, lodging, and meals. 

Los Barriles is convienantly located 45 miles North of the Los Cabos airport and 65 miles South of the La Paz airport.  Costco and other large retailers are less than an hour away which allows home builders the convienance of securing home furnishings at reasonalble prices.
